The purpose of this publication is to share with Florida Cooperative Extension Service faculty and staff Florida’s adapted version of the Cooperative Extension’s National Framework for Health and Wellness — the Florida Cooperative Extension Service Framework for Health and Well-Being. The adapted framework focuses on improving population health and ensuring that all individuals and communities can achieve optimal health.
